Dear God, Who Am I?    (3 hours)

In spite of how we may feel, we never really lose ourselves. What we really do is reject those parts of ourselves and our past that we find unacceptable. Only by understanding the full scope of God’s care and the intimacy of His love can we embrace ourselves fully and find our deepest identity. Participants will need notebooks, Bibles and an open spirit as they travel through this seminar designed to find the answer to today’s questions by examining the past in the light of God’s sovereignty.

How On Earth Did We Get God's Book? Part I & Part II    (3 hours)

What kind of alphabet did Moses use? Why are there so many translations of the Bible? Why is there a difference between the Catholic and Protestant Bible? How is the Christian Bible different than other world scriptures? What did Irish monks have to do with Bible translation? How do we know if modern translations are correct? Find the answers to these questions and more in the colorful, thought provoking seminar. Power Pont required.

World Religion 101     (90 min.)

Take part in a bright and informative tour of the religions of the world as Elizabeth leads participants on a fast paced journey around the globe. Filled with colorful photography and clear outlines, the trip is neither preachy nor overloaded with boring details as students are led to understand the impact of religion on the world scene. PERSONAL

Forgiveness, Eternity, and Letting Go:    (30-45 min.)  (no speakers fee)

Following the Scripture “freely you have received, freely give” Elizabeth never charges for this talk that will hold audiences spellbound as she tells of the death of her husband and her subsequent forgiveness of the drunk driver who killed him. Explore with her what it means to be forgiven and the art of letting go. Presentation includes clear explanation of the Christian gospel and an opportunity for individual response.

SPEAKERS FEE AND EXPECTATIONS

What does it cost to have Elizabeth speak to our group?

Elizabeth’s fee is $300 per talk plus travel expenses. For multiple talks at a single location or all day retreats, contact Elizabeth for fee schedule.

What is included in “travel expenses”?

Travel expenses include the use of a personal car at the current rate of reimbursement set by the IRS, rental car and fuel expense for ground transportation if necessary and commercial airlines tickets, airport parking fees and suitable commercial accommodations in a private room when overnight stay is required. .

How are expenses and fees paid?

Once you have selected what you would like to hear Elizabeth speak on and made your initial contact, an estimate of the cost will be sent to you from Elizabeth’s office. Travel, lodging, and miscellaneous expenses are estimated according to the dates you provide and a general understanding of the type and length of services desired. This estimate is send to the group coordinator.

Once the estimate has been approved by your group and the date confirmed, a $100, non-refundable payment should be sent to reserve your place on Elizabeth’s calendar. This payment will be deducted from your final invoice.

Thirty days prior to the event Elizabeth will book travel arrangements and send your group a final invoice detailing all expenses and showing the return of your $100 advance payment.

A check or cash covering the balance of the final invoice is expected before Elizabeth’s departure for her home base.  Sorry, no credit cards.

What will Elizabeth need when she appears before our group?
  • Lapel mike
  • Water available for the speaker and a small podium for notes
  • Screen and projector for those seminars requiring this equipment.
  • Speaker quality remote mouse for PowerPoint presentation..

Does she ever give discounts or speak free?

Yes. However, these are limited by date availability and given on a first come / first served bases. There is never any fee for the talk, Forgiveness, Eternity and Letting Go.
